Brendan founded FABRIC in 2013 with a focus on high quality neighborhood development in the San Diego coastal and urban markets. Brendan oversees portfolio strategy, development and acquisitions. Brendan has a passion for design and community, the cornerstones of FABRIC's asset collection. Brendan is a graduate of the University of San Diego and resides in Encinitas with his wife and two daughters. 

Scott Heath |

Scott joined FABRIC in 2022 with a focus on managing the firm's ground-up infill development projects.  Scott actively coordinates all aspects of the development process, including; construction, the design team and strategic project initiatives.  Scott’s background in large scale mixed-use development at IQHQ and Brookfield Properties provides disciplined institutional experience.  Scott is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and resides in Cardiff-by-the-Sea with his fiancé Macey.

Josh Roque |

Josh joined FABRIC in 2023. Currently, he is responsible for asset management, acquisitions, and lender/investor relations. Prior to joining FABRIC, Josh led acquisitions and asset management for an institutionally capitalized retail investor out of Solana Beach, CA. Josh is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University and a California licensed CPA. He resides in Carlsbad with his wife, son, and dog.

Rim Suleman |

Rim joined FABRIC in 2021 with a primary focus on supporting portfolio tenants on a daily basis. Rim currently manages FABRIC’s third party property management provider and continues to support all tenants through a hospitality based approach ensuring a quality experience. Hailing from San Jose, the heart of Silicon Valley, Rim's tech-immersed upbringing has significantly shaped her understanding of the industry, leading to over a decade of business operations experience. Rim lives in Escondido with her two sons. 

Mackenzie Foote | vp marketing

Mackenzie has supported FABRIC on a project basis since its inception in 2013. Currently, Mackenzie oversees human resources, company culture and marketing for FABRIC. She has 10+ years of experience in product marketing and public relations. Mackenzie has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Northern Arizona University and lives in Encinitas with her husband and two daughters.
