Surf Labs consists of three separate buildings totaling approximately 10,000 sf. It is made up of two ground up buildings and the adaptive reuse of the old Beach City Auto garage. The project accommodates TYRA Bioscience’s expansion providing additional creative office and lab space and will also serve as the HQ for FABRIC.
