FABRIC acquired this 15,000 sf mixed-use building situated atop the Buena Vista Lagoon between South Oceanside and Carlsbad Village in early 2019. The project is set to undergo a major renovation including a Japanese style mid-century modern wood slat facade. The project will house 7,000 sf of experiential retail along the ground level and 8,000 sf of creative office on the second level. The Coast Highway property boasts panoramic views of the Lagoon and Pacific Ocean.
